Our chicken salad is as classic as they come. So, we've kept the additions to a minimum. Celery for crunch, finely chopped onions for flavor, rich mayonaise, seasoned chicken. Delicious! Serve as a sandwich or over salad or just simply eat by the spoonful.
Pimento cheese is a Southern spread that's traditionally made with shredded Cheddar, mayonnaise, and pimentos. It's commonly served with crackers and vegetables or as a sandwich filling. Pimento cheese is often called the "pâté of the south."
Deli Classics
Store the pimento cheese and chicken salad in a shallow, airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
You can freeze pimento cheese for up to three months. Though it will still taste delicious, the flavor might be slightly different after it has been frozen and thawed. Chicken salad is not reccomended to freeze.
- Front porch delivery is available on Wednesday and Friday each week anytime between 3pm-6pm. It is an additional $10 for delivery.
